The Healthcare Stage conducted a strategic consulting project for Nonagon aimed at understanding how their device could be integrated into the daily practice of U.S.-based pediatricians and general practitioners. The project involved in-depth interviews with U.S.-physicians generating insights assisting the company to (1) Identify primary target clinics and clinicians for early adoption (2) understand clinician incentives and necessary reimbursement structures (3) Gather data for a clinic-focused ROI analysis.
